The Charcuterie Board wants to encourage communication, networks and collaboration between all aspects of the production cycle, facilitating better relationships between all of those involved.

It is for this reason we want Chefs, Restaurateurs, Caterers and other food Service professionals to all be a part of the wider conversation through affiliate membership.

For a small annual subscription affiliate members will enjoy access to non-public areas of The Charcuterie Board web platform, including direct access to Producer members and allied businesses, allowing a perfect opportunity to discuss supply, promote your own work, look at menu ideas, as well as providing scope for inspiring new product ideas that may be what you are looking for or working hand in hand with our producer members to create unique products to mark out your offer.

Discussions and networking with other affiliate members such as Butchers and Farmers can also help with sourcing better produce through supply side enquiries or food safety information. This way we can all seek to better tailor production to trends and needs within the industry, making things more responsive, efficient and sustainable as we go.

For Chefs and food service affiliate members will create an ideal environment for keeping up to date with breaking news, asking questions and promoting your own work and getting your voices heard within the industry.

Updates will also be published for all media members, providing press release and promotional material on both trade and public facing issues as well as new product launches. The Charcuterie Board will also give media members all official comment on breaking news, reaction to food safety issues and other important developments.

All affiliate members will also benefit from priority access to live events and promotional opportunities.
