It is for this reason we want our farmers and growers, fundamental to the supply of the best base ingredients and vital to the growing trend towards traceability, provenance and quality within the food chain, to all be a part of the wider conversation through affiliate membership.

For a small annual subscription affiliate members will enjoy access to non-public areas of The Charcuterie Board web platform, including direct access to Producer members and allied businesses, allowing a perfect opportunity to discuss supply, promote your own work, methods and produce whilst also interacting with other affiliated members such as chefs, butchers and media members to help them with sourcing better product, local supply, as well as looking at menu ideas, discussing animal production & better understanding of methods, challenges and costs. This way we can all seek to better tailor production to trends and needs within the industry, making things more responsive, efficient and sustainable as we go.
