Another year has been and gone, and a difficult one too. Across the entire food industry this has been a testing time for those that make flavor their business, so as we celebrate the amazing producers that have put their sweat and tears into the amazing range of goods we have been lucky enough to get a taste of at this years Summer of Charcuterie, we want to take a moment to thank another one of the sponsors whose support has, as always, been instrumental in making it all happen.
